Beautiful place. Recently moved next to this plaza and wanted to try out my favorite drink place. Customer service was literally the best and the atmosphere is so relaxed and laid back. The cup is a perfect size and the perfect amount of boba. The coco doesn’t make it overbearingly sweet and they don’t over do it with the ice. It’s such a welcoming place. The boba is super soft and the drink is creamy. I’m lactose intolerant and it doesn’t have dairy so it’s perfect!!
Love this place and the vibe. Love the owner she is always smiling. I need to get through the whol menu I move .icing and maching. Who knew cheese foam and teas were so yummy . Also the corn dogs! Like thank you for Coming into my life. I'll take 20 No pictures because I demolished it by the time I got to my car.
(Boba) Awesome variety of flavors, fairly priced, guy behind the counter was friendly, could tell me about the menu items, made good recommendations, and was quick making everyone's orders. A truly rare experience with fast casual anywhere.
Bubbly is my favorite place for boba. I always get the mango tango with strawberry popping boba and it’s the best I’ve ever had. The cashier today, I can’t remember her name but I think it started with an A, maybe Angela? Cute freckles, The sweetest ever. I try to come here atleast twice a week because it’s so good. I believe the owner made my drink the last two times I’ve been, and she makes them just right, perfect!! Thank y’all so much for the kind hospitality and great drinks!! I’ll never stop coming here and I recommend this place to any and everyone!!

We're traveling back to Jax and wanted a treat for the road! We took a gamble and hit the jackpot with Bubbly! As others have mentioned, we were greeted with a bright smile and warm welcome. The place is so cute with tons of fun games to play while you wait. (Forgot to snap a pick of the game table). My hubby got the Teaberry Boba with cheese foam at 25% sweetness and it was delicious! I ordered one of the Barista faves, Jasmine Green Tea with Honey Boba and Egg Pudding. YUM! This would be my hometown boba joint if I lived here.
I watched as the girl made my drink and I noticed that she was doing so with care and precision; making sure to add just the right amount of everything and examining my drink as she went to make sure it was perfect. This was at the end of what they told me had been a busy day with less than an hour till close. Both girls working tonight were so kind and they greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile. I got the green milk tea with popping lychee and half sweet and it came out so perfect and delicious. I also LOVE the cute cup design and even got compliments on it when I took it shopping with me. Definitely recommend and I hope whoever was working tonight (10/13/2024) gets recognition from management!!

For me Bubbly is hands down the best boba tea shop in Tallahassee! As a Taiwanese craving authentic boba tea, I've been pleasantly surprised by Bubbly's offerings.
